Raspberries Clafoutis

Want to bring something different for picnic? Try the typical French desert Raspberries Clafoutis, it is simple, it is fresh and it is tres chic~

What you need:

300 g fresh raspberries

60 g corn flour

125 sugar

1 small portion pack vanilla sugar

a pinch of salt

2 eggs (white + yolk) + 2 egg yolk

25 cl milk

200g (low fat) sour cream

 

How to:

preheat the oven at 180°c

smear the butter inside the baking pan

wash the raspberries, then put them in the baking pan

mix corn flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, and egg yolks with a blender

then add sour cream, mix well, then add milk, mix well

put the mixture in the baking pan, on the top of the fruits and put it in oven for 30 minutes, let it cool down before serve in room temperature
